 Qualifications

• B.A. required. Master’s Degree and/or Teaching Certificate preferred
• Lead teaching experience preferred
• Strong command of child development, including social, emotional, and intellectual domains
• Strong writing, editing and communication skills
• Preference for familiarity with some of our core resources and methodologies: Responsive Classroom, Envision Mathematics, Science of Reading resources, Project Based Learning resources, Natural World Curriculum resources
• Passion for working collaboratively to instill in children a lifelong love of learning
