Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving Year round position - Immediate Opening
Job Summary: The Director of Leadership and Legacy Giving provides strategic leadership for Pembroke Hill School's leadership, major, and planned giving programs. This role blends sophisticated donor portfolio management with cross-team collaboration to elevate the growth, stewardship and upgrade strategies of key giving societies- specifically the Vassie James Hill Society and the Founders Circle.
Key Responsibilities
Pipeline Growth: Design strategic multi-year donor upgrade paths and blended gift frameworks.
Portfolio Management: Cultivate, solicit, and manage approximately 70 high-capacity donor prospects.
Donor Stewardship: Direct recognition strategies and promotional campaigns for leadership giving societies.
Team Collaboration: Partner with school leadership and advancement team members to align fundraising goals.
Budget & Metrics: Track data-driven performance metrics and oversee program budget management
Schedule: This is a year-round position, paid time off in accordance with employee benefit plans.

Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor's degree required.
3- 5 years of progressive fundraising experience, including demonstrable success in major gifts, leadership annual giving, and planned giving.
Proven track record in developing and executing donor upgrade strategies and successfully managing high-net-worth donor portfolios.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence and sophistication to engage trustees, senior leadership, and high-capacity donors.
Experience in donor stewardship design, campaign planning, and targeted advancement marketing strategies.
